Here is where your killjoy will come to life! This forum is where the missions and transmissions will take place, along with stories of your killjoy's shops, businesses, shelters and safe havens. There are some rules in order to keep "traffic" at a minimum.
First, in this forum we will try to keep things realistic and closely related to what My Chemical Romance has created within in their album, music videos, and Gerard Way's fututre killjoy comic. So try to keep your killjoy, well, a killjoy
Fret not those who wish to add other story forms to their killjoy (i.e. zombies, super powers, weird experimentation, vampires, and other crazy things), for there is another forum specifically for that kind of extravagant fun.
Next, and this rule applies to ALL forums:
[glow=red,2,300]All threads are public. Anybody may enter any story they wish, and everyone must allow other people to enter their stories. This is because, as in real life, you cannot choose who you wish to have in your life. In a killjoy world especially, while on a mission or just wandering the zones, you cannot help but run into other killjoys and they become a part of your life, and you apart of theirs. This is how the world works, and the stories will be more realistic that way.[/glow]
However there is an exception to this rule:
[glow=red,2,300]You may create a private thread in which only you or a few other killjoys may specifically post on without anyone else joining it. Others may indicate these threads as private by the authors placing (Private) in the title of their thread. These threads may be used for a killjoy's personal problem that they wish to deal with, a romantic story for two killjoys, or even a fun little story specifically for a gang of killjoys. Limit one (Private) thread per author at a time.[/glow]
Also, try not to plan a story. Let things be spontaneous and adlibbed, but if your killjoy and other killjoys are planning an attack, well then of course plan the basics: where are we going? What do we have? Who will be where? WHY are we going on this mission? Plan the missions as if you are soldiers; strategize! It's fun to work together like that. But of course, killjoys may go on silly fun little raids in Better Living Industries. Just remember though, BLInd can do the same thing
